If it does not work at all, examine the fuse for the blower motor. The fuse for your blower motor needs to be found in the fuse box under the dash. Take out the blower fan fuse with the elimination tool provided in the fuse box.
You might have a vacuum-system supply line issue if the blower fan is working effectively and you can just get cold air out of the defroster vents.
To check for this, look for a little black plastic tube going from the engine location through the dash. It is generally best by the refrigerant lines. If it has holes or is not linked, sees and inspect this tube.
